👉 SHIPPING TIME:
Your product will be ready to dispatch between 2-5 business days. Your item is sent to production the same day you order it. Please make sure this item is the correct size and color you want We can't guarantee we can cancel your order once it's put into production.

👉 REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will do free-of-charge replacements if the wrong or faulty/damaged product is delivered. Please make sure you have read the return/exchange policy below. You will be required to choose the option before check out whether you have read it or not. If you choose the answer "NO" that you have not read it, the return/exchange policy will be null and voice and neither will be approved. The only exception is if the wrong item or damaged item is received. We have to put this policy in place because there are too many people that don't read the information and assume that we will still honor the return/exchange policy which is not the case. The information is provided for the customer so that the customer can make a valued decision on whether the product is good for him/her at that time. We are not responsible for the customer not reading the information provided. Please read below:

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds will only be given within a 30 day window. Please make sure you have read the description and looked at the pictures for the sizing. If your item does not fit we can exchange it for the same like item or something else in our shop at the same price if your original item is not available. Returns and refunds will not be given for items that do not fit. Only exchanges will be approved. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item back to the shop. The item would need to be returned in the same condition as it was sent. If we receive the item damaged it will not be refunded

ITEMS THAT ARE ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED:
* Wrong item received
* Damaged item received
* Wrong size - Exchange only

If the item has been damaged from the shipping carrier we would need a picture of the outside of the box, the packing material, and the item showing the damages. The shipping carrier requires these items in order to submit for a refund.

Refunds for damaged or lost items will only be allowed within a 30 day window from when the item was received or when the item was sent if it was lost. After 30 days there will be no exchanges or refunds.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We can exchange your item if there is another item in our shop of the same like and quality. Exchanges need to be made within 30 days of receipt of the package from the shipping carrier and returned in good condition as it was sent. If the item is returned damaged we will not honor the exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay shipping charges to return the item and to send the exchanged item.
